First, I would like to comment on the service.
Nicki was amazing to work with.
Her communication back and forth through email was immediate.
Her attention to my requests was thoughtful. She provided me with a picture sample of the glasses and then adjusted the font to match my taste.
The process began with an inquiry email and 7 days later the glasses were at my door. The glasses arrived carefully packaged.
Next, the product.
In my search to find glasses that fit my needs, I found that Cardinal State was the exception. I was able to personalize the glasses for each of my son's friends and did not have to order in bulk. I was also able to have both sides of the glasses custom laser engraved.
The whiskey glasses look beautiful!
They are a gift to toast the boy's college graduation and I can't wait to present them.

So much more quality and service than I would have expected at this price point. I received a mock by email of two proposed designs, and they made several changes at my request so I could compare and go back and forth to get the design I most wanted, including changing to a whiskey glass. The glass is high quality and the product is excellent. I recommend them highly!

I wanted some whisky tasting glasses to commemorate a trip to Scotland with friends. I offered some suggested wording, and Nicki came back with a super design, incorporating the thistle motif. It was much better than I could have come up with and demonstrated creativity and care.

I use The Cardinal State for monthly employee recognition. every order has been perfect and delivered quickly. This past mothly award Nicki from TCS noticed an error that i had made and fixed it for me. I will continue to recommend TCS and use them for all of my custom glassware needs and you should too.

I bought an engraved boxed bourbon dispenser and glass set plus 2 more glasses. Not only was it easy to get exactly what I wanted using the chat feature I made a mistake on my order they fixed it immediately. The price for the products were reasonable and they shipped in a few days which is unbelievable. Seeing the finished product, I couldn't be happier.
